Pixar visit 1.0
I paid a visit to famed animation studio Pixar's headquarters tonight.After getting riled up by Obama and McCain talk about "Joe the plumber" I found inspiration in the innovations with Blu-Ray technology. Presentations by folks from Disney, Sun Microsystems and other developers were quite interesting.
If I learned anything this evening, it is that Pixar's renowned publicity-shy identity was in full effect. Both Pixar PR reps said they didn't have their business cards on them. Curious.
At least I made it past the guarded gates this time.
